Hello Frank how you doin, first of all thanks for the motivation, You are amazing...
I just started to eat healthy and workout a bit and what i do is eat fiber one cereal with a banana and 2% milk everyday (is that good?) and also i eat every three hours after my breakfast i have some almonds and fruit then i eat white rice with chicken most of the time and beans or mixed vegetables and salad then 3 hours after i have some more fruit and sometimes a oats and honey bar and finally some more salad with chicken or tuna, what do u think, am i doing good? I hope u get time to read this, thanks again. ( excuse my english by the way...)

hey i got a tip and video suggestion for you. since you made a video about the iron gym, make a video about the perfect pushup/pushup pro and the tip would be to cut all your nose hair for efficient breathing when doing cardio. keep up the good work man and thanks for the tips. you're cool!
