Thanks! For some reason I just wanted the hard tail version. IIRC the trem is a Bigsby which has a learning curve to it if you haven't used one before. But thats what the rockabilly guys used in the first place :)

Definitely for recordings. I have an Epiphone Valve JR that had a few mods done to it that might even be a better choice in this price range though.

they are OK but I think they are probably the weakest part of the instrument. I'll probably upgrade them at some point

Thanks! The amp in this demo is a 1971 Fender Deluxe Reverb with a Celestion Greenback speaker in it. I've actually bought a SUhr Badger 30 since then and I'll update the video in a week or so.

I'm playing Gibson Vintage Reissue strings 10-46. Most of it has to do with technique though...look for my videos on bending or fret hand technique for help on that...

thanks! I changed the speaker this week and it sounds even better...I had gigs this weekend and it was huge sounding with a big tight bass. I have the effects in the effects loop now...I'll make a new video in the next couple of weeks with the whole new rig...
