Former Mexican President Vicente Fox attended a political function for his party (PAN - National Action Party)in Lynwood, California on Sunday September 30, 2007.

The Mexican opposition party, PRD, and the United States citizen activist organization Save Our State (SOS) both gathered, in protest.

The man interviewed in the video was particpating in a counter protest with fellow Mexican expatriates outside the gates of the Plaza De Mexico. (less info)
