I would love to just hang out and jam, but the world needs people to speak out for peace and justice. Our communities need strong advocates for quality education.

About Me:

I play Afro-Haitian Drums. They resemble conga drums, but come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and materials. They are sometimes played by hand and sometimes with sticks. The history of Haiti has left a rich legacy of art forms; and unique language, religion and culture. The rhythms and melodies have influenced other American Musical styles including Jazz, especially in the early formative years in New Orleans.

I set up this website after I was told I could not tape a real estate committee meeting in the City of Yonkers in January 2005. The City was forced to allow my videotaping after a legal letter sent to them.
Under New York State open meetings law, no one has the right to stop you or anyone from taping public meetings. It's against the law. I suggest you get an attorney, who can help.
Good on you for standing up to these bullies and the best place to put up these videos is on youtube where the whole world can see them.
If you need any help I will help in any way I can, If you need to contact me you can at yonkerstv@verizon.net
