Scott Walker survives Wisconsin recall‎ election

Months of protests, petitions, and multi-million campaign spending came to an end in Wisconsin last night, with incumbent Republican governor Republic Scott Walker surviving the recall election. The bitter and divisive election has drawn huge crowds, in what amounts to the most expensive election in the state's history. Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker was only the third sitting governor to face a recall election, triggering a debate since February 2011 at #WIRecall.
