Mike Hatrick enjoys being surprised. One of the biggest surprises in his years in product development was when a marketing colleague proposed submitting his team's new aerospace product for a prestigious innovation award. He was even more surprised when they almost won it.
He then embarked on a quest to understand how that had happened. 10 years further on his job is to help create the culture and environment that helps Swisslog to imagine and realise surprising and sustainable innovation solutions for its customers.
He lives in Basel, Switzerland where he also enjoys being surprised by his wife and two children.

Eva Zabey has lead projects that include the Water Scenarios to 2025, the Global Water Tool to map companies' water-related risks, and a game that explores how to "Buy, Sell, Trade!" ecosystem services.
Eva is currently leading work on using eco- system valuation in a business context. Her background is in ecology (BSc -- Imperial College London, Masters in environmental management -- EPFL in Switzerland). What sparked her interest in business initially was a WWF biodiversity study she led for a cement company.

Tom Selwyn is Professor in the Anthropology Department at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, where he is Director of Travel, Tourism, and Pilgrimage studies. He is widely published in the fields of hospitality, tourism, landscape symbolism, imagery, and development. Geographical interests include Palestine/Israel and the Mediterranean where, since 1995, he has directed research and development projects for the EU.
Two recent books include the co-edited Thinking Through Tourism (2010) and Contested Mediterranean Spaces (2011).
As a council member of the Royal Anthropological Institute, he was awarded the RAI's Lucy Mair Medal in 2009.
