South Koreans feel the effects of typhoon Sanba

Typhoon Sanba made landfall on the mainland of South Korea in the early hours of September 17, triggering huge waves, torrential rain and high winds. Jeju Island was hit particularly badly, with the police drafted in to help deal with the fallout.
