This is a sketch from the unaired pilot for The Pat Kilbane Show. Comedy Central went with Reno 911 that Pilot Season, and passed on the Pat Kilbane Show. Emile Castelle is a superhero fashion designer, done as a parody of E's Fashion File. This work was done in January, 2003. Pat Kilbane Executive Produced and Starred in this show. He's doing the voice of the Announcer, as well as playing Emile.
