I use a Canon PowerShot SD1000 digital ELPH to take video of concerts as of March 2008. I highly recommend it for anyone that is looking for a digital camera that will also take good quality video at concerts. I've used other cameras, and (as you can see by my older videos) a lot of them just don't cut it. It's also pretty small, so it's easy to stick in a pocket when you're done capturing the show. The SD1000 is an affordable option if you're looking for a hobby camera. You can check it out at the website below.
