About Me:
In January of 2009, two friends, Jeremy Liddle and Jake Phlieger, decided they were too bored for their own good. So that being that, Jeremy with a talent for superb lyrical rhyming and delivery, and Jake with his knowledge of audio editing and experience, teamed up. The result: J&J Studios. Jeremy, or J Angel (his studio name), asked Jake to be his manager. The result: J Angel, highly-praised experimental rapper, and his manager, Felony Jay, become the next big thing in Barberton, Ohio.
On the other side of the media industry, Phlieger Films was founded long before J&J Studios, as far back as early 2008, but it was not much of a success for the first year and half of its time. However, later in 2009 when the two founders of J&J came up with the idea to incorporate Felony's video editing skills with his audio editing skills it resulted in one thing - a historically grand collaboration.
