PETS AND THEIR KIDS is a children's series that features kids who — in talking about pets — reveal their thoughts and feelings about animals, friendship, family and love.
In each episode, an 8-10 year old child describes their relationship to a pet. Along with the warmth and fun that a pet brings to a family, there are also challenges; sometimes a child can experience feelings of abandonment, frustration and sadness. Bonding with a pet isn't always easy, and yet, through this connection, a child can gain a deeper understanding of themselves and nature. Pets And Their Kids is an acknowledgement of the potential for personal growth when a child has a pet.
