@segur15. If you were captain for 25 years i dont need to explain you that this is a job. Pilot says "one tugboat foreward, tug's line" and that's enought. It's safer connect at 6 Kn, but that's the game.
I realize that maybe you were taxidriver not captain, because you should know that the speed...

This huge ship of it's class was made in Spain. I was part of the crew that towed it back to Vigo after some drydock work's carried on in Astander (Astillero-Cantabria). I could walk arround and check it's size before any machinery were installed, and it was awesome.
