This ThanksGiving I make the turkey in my own recipe,is a version of the "Indian Butter Chicken".I use Soy Sauce,Red Wine,parsley,onion,cumin,salt,pepper,oregano leaf,olive oil,garlic,bay leaf and bottled bitter orange juice.Cut the whole turkey in small pieces,take all the bones out,only use the meat and leave for 15 hours in this marinade liquid inside the refrigerator in a large glass bowl.Cook in slow cocker for a couple of hours.Everybody in my home love it so much!!
