Tickmen and I are hosts and judges. You make a music vid as a Video Response. It's an elimination thing! The loser will be out of the game, when we announce the winner and loser, next week, in the next Penguin Idol! The winner CAN'T lose next round! the loser is out, until next season, if they even join again. There will be a new season every month. There can be up to 20 people join.
