I have been working with the public since I was 16 years old! Nothing opens your eyes to public behavior than working in the gift wrapping department of Sears during Christmas. While I studied for my degree in English Secondary Education, I continued to work at Sears. After graduating, I stayed at Sears and became a Credit/Customer Service Manager. At the tender age of 25, I found myself entering real estate sales in Berywn, IL. Back in 1978, the West Towns Board of Realtors did not have a computerized MLS. Interest rates quickly climbed to double digits and I learned a wealth of lessons that have served me well in the years that I have been in real estate. Technology has helped my industry and I have embraced it! I enjoy working at Downing Frye Realty, Inc. and introducing Buyers to Pelican Bay in Naples and helping Sellers get their homes sold. After "serving" 43 years in Chiacgoland, I enjoy walking to the beach with my husband, Don, and enjoying warm Gulf waters and vibrant sunsets. I also LOVE to laugh!
