On Saturday, June 27th, Chef Michael Sohocki of The Cove demonstrated how to prepare a beet burger using fresh organic produce from My Father's Farm, a vendor of the Pearl Farmers Market.

Cora Lamar brought a variety of beautifully colored seasonal produce grown on her farm, Oak Hill Farm. She was handing out eggplants to those who passed by. And maybe some dill or a tomato ended up in their market basket...
