Historical materials from the PAVA collections- conversations with deportees to Siberia.

The Polish Army Veterans Association (PAVA) continuously active since 1921 is the oldest independent mutual assistance organization of former Polish soldiers in the world. Its international headquarters is located in New York City, in the "Polish Veterans Home" a building that belongs to PAVA District 2, situated at 119 East 15th Street. The organizations archives are located here, as is the Museum of Polish Military Heritage, established in 1996.
