Hello there, I am from Singapore. I need help to overcome binge-eating disorder, please help me! I am feeling really bad, i eat and never seem to be able to control myself, can't stop, after some time, i am really guilty and will exercise the hell out of myself! Please help me, i can't take this any longer, my knee is already hurting from all those exercises!
