tried out your rack of lamb & yellow dal recipes
the lamb Marinade was very flavorful and tenderized the meat, but dal was watery and tomato floated on top while lentils settled on bottom, why? |

I bought your curry paste, used the receipt on the jar, and wanted more !!! so went to your web page, and then - here I am ! The food is georgious - very good! and I want more ! Mind it, in Poland Indian food is not yet very popular, and your sauces need to be found in a small indian shop, that not many people know about, so it's all like a real indian adventure and exploration :))

You have to make sure you stir the Dahl, otherwise the tomatoes will float and the lentils will sink and stick. If you stir the Dhal then the tomatoes won't float but blend in with the dish, Dhal is a watery dish.
