Aerial Yoga (Anti-Gravity Yoga) is practiced on a soft fabric trapeze suspended at waist-height. Inversions and backbends can be practiced with no compression in the spine, core strength is built from moving the body through the air, and flexibility is increased with very little effort. This is a fun alternative to the gym, or a fun addition to a regular yoga practice.
