Parkour Egypt Channel

Parkour Egypt is the first Official Parkour team and the only team that teach Parkour in Egypt located in Cairo EST.2005. This team is dedicated to teaching people what parkour really is and teaching the proper techniques so that nobody gets hurt in the learning process.

We have public sessions Every week.

Everyone is welcomed to come.

Parkour training :

-Saturday and Wednesday: Indoor training in Giza - malaab alsaaedea - next Cairo university main gate, 200 meter Giza direction , 6:30pm.

-Friday :Outdoor training in (15 Mayo) city ,3:00 pm after salat al gomaa.

If you are living in Nasr city ,Rehab city and Heliopolis :

-Monday : a session every Monday and Thursday in Sheraton in front of masjed al sadeek4:30 pm .

-Now for those who are living in Moukatam .... Parkour Egypt becomes more closer to you .... New sessions released in Al Moukatam area .... the training will be on Thursday at 4:30 pm .... Congregation will be at "Ragab Sons (Awlad Ragab)" at 4:30 pm ....
