this is our 1968 chevelle project. It had a 350 crate motor and turbo 350 with a 10 bolt rear end, I took the motor to TGS Performance in Lawndale to get it rebuilt and the found cracks in both of the heads and the block was cracked, so - I decided to go with a big block - Tony at TG'S Performance had a 396 already machined and bored .30 over and he needed some work on his website tgsperformance.com so I built his website in exchange for the 396 block and steel crank. So- I found a 12 bolt rear end and had it rebuilt at South Bay 4x4 in Hawthorne and Had a Turbo 400 built by steve sharp - The Carrillo brothers did all of the work painting and installing the new interior.
