Em 1992, Panda Reis e Alex Chiovitti formaram o OLIGARQUIA. Desde o início das atividades a banda sofreu com diversas mudanças em sua formação, chegando a se apresentar como dupla em alguns shows no ano de 1993. Seu primeiro registro foi lançado somente em 1995, a demo tape Conviction of the Death, que deu maior exposição ao grupo no cenário underground.
Em 1999 lançou seu segundo registro, a demo Really to be Dead, lançada de forma independente e que alcançou a marca de 2.000 cópias vendidas.
Após a mini turnê a banda começa a trabalhar pesado nas composições do novo álbum, e após diversas mudanças de formação durante toda sua história, este comum fato atinge também Alex Chiovitti, um dos membros fundadores. O baterista Panda Reis decide então reformular o Oligarquia, que passa então a ser um quinteto, o que trouxe diversas mudanças positivas para o grupo, desde a parte musical quanto ideológica.

Since in 1992, Panda Reis and Alex Chiovitti form the Oligarquia. Begining of the activities, the band suffered several changes in its line-up, making some shows as double in some concerts in 1993.
The first record was released only in 1995, the demo tape Death Conviction, giving greater exposure to the group in the underground scene.
In 1999 released his second record, the demo Really to be Dead, released independently and which reached the mark of 2,000 copies sold.
After the mini tour, the band begins to work in heavy compositions of the new album, and after several changes of training throughout its history, this fact also affects common Chiovitti Alex, one of the founding members.
The drummer Panda Reis, decides reformulate the band, which then become a quintet, which has brought many positive changes to the group, from the musical as ideological.
