Before you can play any custom guitar hero songs, you're going to need a modded system. When I say "modded" I mean a system which can play burned disks. If you have a slim PS2 I'd suggest getting the "Magic Keys II" along with swap magic (search for that on google). If you have some other system, you may still be able to do it, but I'm only familiar with mods for slim PS2 so don't ask me. You DO have to spend money to do this. And once you've done that the rest of the instructions are available in the software forum at www.scorehero.com, just remember to read the stickies. If you ask questions already answered in the stickies they won't be very friendly to you. As for what's on n8thegr8.esmartweb.com/links.h tm, those are the .chart files which contain information for where the notes go, and the .ogg files which are the songs themselves. Both of them will be loaded into GHEx (something you'll need from scorehero) to create your custom disk.
