I have Fibromalyagia and suffer from Cronic fatigue sydrome aswell, I hope that some day my family and friends will some day understand it. I have a theory that there are 3 main subtypes of ME, completely different illnesses. 1. type responds to perrin technique/osteopathy, post-stress sympathetic nervous system overstrain make lymphatics blocked, causing toxic build-up. 2. post-viral immune dysfunction. 3. post-trauma psychosomatic illness, responds to cognitive behavioural therapy or nlp. I am being treated quite successfully for the first type, I'd like to hear fellow youtuber theories about what this illness actually is.
