when i went to get that coupon. they said i had already printed it, same with my neighbor. when i tried to talk to them they ignored my emails. i think really it was a cover up, that they had already given out so many, they were just going to not honor the rest of us. plus it wasn't even that great of grilled chicken, no taste. so now i don't eat at KFC anymore.

Can El Pollo Loco please pull down the "Where there's fire, there's flavor" campaign in Santa Barbara county. Not the best time for that campaign during the Jesusita fire.
