I believe the transmission from an F22 will bolt right up to the H22 and work fine. However, it has different gear ratios which technically make the car slower. You rap second and come in around 5,600 or 5,800RPM with the H22 trans, but with the F22 trans you come into second more like 5,000RPM, which is before VTEC kicks in, resulting in slower times and less fun!
