This is an excellent series of videos put on by a very intelligent pastor. I am Roman Catholic but I do agree with nearly all of Pastor Lassman's teachings. Very helpful and I often refer back to them to assist me with my faith. It also taught me some things about Lutherans that I did not know in the past. Catholics and Lutherans have a LOT in common and now I have a better understanding of them all the way around. Hopefully Pastor Lassman puts more educational videos on here as I guarantee I will watch them. Also, Pastor Lassman has assisted me with interpreting certain bible passages that are difficult to understand. I give the Pastor a two thumbs up!!

Ithe weight of my sins had me very depressed... i turned to youtube to find some answers to how i can make amends for my sins and turn back to Jesus. This has helped so much, it has honestly changed my life. Thank you :)

the second commandment Thou shalt not make thee any graven image or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above or that is in the earth beneath or that is in the waters beneath the earth. also in cor.for we being many are one bread, and one body: for we are all partakers of that one bread.Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of devils ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table and of the table of devils.sorry but it keeps telling me url or email address is present

I love how God speaks through all his demoninations. I am not a Lutheran by any means, but I've been watching your stuff to really help me understand my faith better. I've had similar experiences in other ways. When I most needed Christian fellowship once while I was in Mexico, I stumbled upon a Methodist church, and went in and, not understanding much of the language, still felt God's presence (wherever two or more gather in His name, right?)

I tell you, demonination gets thrown out the window when you are seeking true Christian fellowship. Keep up the good work with the videos, they're really interesting.

God Bless,
from a non-denom who always seems to end up in Baptist churches :)

as a catholic myself, i think it is great to see lutheran stuff up there. i like to see people really believe in stuff. to me, it seems easy to be either a catholic or just to hold the bible up in your hand and say, "this is what i believe in" (without reference to history or the church). to be anglican or lutheran seems a greater challenge. i imagine it to feel like walking a tightrope, being pulled in every direction, toward catholicism, toward fundamentalism, toward liberal/process theology, and who knows what else. so i salute you for the struggle. ps. my paternal relations were from sweden and probably lutheran, so that may influence my feelings also.
