This is an excellent series of videos put on by a very intelligent pastor. I am Roman Catholic but I do agree with nearly all of Pastor Lassman's teachings. Very helpful and I often refer back to them to assist me with my faith. It also taught me some things about Lutherans that I did not know in the past. Catholics and Lutherans have a LOT in common and now I have a better understanding of them all the way around. Hopefully Pastor Lassman puts more educational videos on here as I guarantee I will watch them. Also, Pastor Lassman has assisted me with interpreting certain bible passages that are difficult to understand. I give the Pastor a two thumbs up!!

I love how God speaks through all his demoninations. I am not a Lutheran by any means, but I've been watching your stuff to really help me understand my faith better. I've had similar experiences in other ways. When I most needed Christian fellowship once while I was in Mexico, I stumbled upon a Methodist church, and went in and, not understanding much of the language, still felt God's presence (wherever two or more gather in His name, right?)
I tell you, demonination gets thrown out the window when you are seeking true Christian fellowship. Keep up the good work with the videos, they're really interesting. God Bless, from a non-denom who always seems to end up in Baptist churches :) Rabid |

as a catholic myself, i think it is great to see lutheran stuff up there. i like to see people really believe in stuff. to me, it seems easy to be either a catholic or just to hold the bible up in your hand and say, "this is what i believe in" (without reference to history or the church). to be anglican or lutheran seems a greater challenge. i imagine it to feel like walking a tightrope, being pulled in every direction, toward catholicism, toward fundamentalism, toward liberal/process theology, and who knows what else. so i salute you for the struggle. ps. my paternal relations were from sweden and probably lutheran, so that may influence my feelings also.
