hi please help my wrists have been hurting for 9 months and the pain will not go away ive had a scan and nothing is broken i still dont know what it is before that i was training loads on my wrists handstand pushups planches BW exercises. and suddenly the pain appeared and has not gone away since what should i do please help!

Doc, how many times should one workout a muscle in a week. I hear trainers say once a week so you dont over train, while others say 3 times to really work the muscle. What do you feel is best?
