Nina Zeitlin is an independent, award-winning singer/songwriter/producer. Her voice is unique and versatile with a distinctly big, earthy, and bluesy sound.
Described as a "first-rate vocalist" by Time Out New York, Nina has sung on Primetime network TV, feature films, TV & Radio commercials, and several records.
Some of her most recent projects have included singing and producing an eclectic family album called King Pajama "Something Sweet", recorded at her Brooklyn studio. In late-2009, this album won a Parents' Choice Award and was named a Top Ten Best Kid's/Family Album by Time Out New York Kids and NPR. She also scored two films for the NYC Film Race, both of which won "Best Original Music Score".
Nina is currently performing all over the Northeast at such venues as The Mercury Lounge, The Bitter End, The Soho House, Southpaw, Sullivan Hall, 92Y Tribeca, and Arlene's Grocery. She currently performs original music with her funk/soul/rock/pop band Heylady.... look out for more to come!
