Wonderful ostinato in the guitar; it is actually sufficient and needs no departure into another tonal area. Like the "i am..., i am..., i am..." followed by the "that..., that..., that..." : effective alliterative / climactic device. Suggest removing the phrase "city of lights" as this somehow came out as borrowed. If desired, the melodic line in the guitar could be doubled by an 80s-style chorus synth instrument and then joined by the characteristic reverby electronic drums of the same era.
