About Me:
--------------------
I first went to Japan in 1986, and after graduating college, was fortunate to have worked there for a year in 1991. Since then I have traveled to Japan on business at least twice a year. I have also been going to China recently to inspect product at a factory there. So, most of my vlogs will probably have something to do with Japan or some experience related to my travels there.
I was inspired to start vlogging after seeing a few of Gimmeabreakman's uploads. (かんしゃしています.) Since joining YouTube in 2007 I have been fortunate enough to meet a number of Japan-based vloggers on my trips to Japan. They've all been good people and fun to hang out and have a beer with - even the one's with 1000s of subscribers. ;-)
Me?... I have an interest in US-Japan relations, particularly prior to WWII. In college I studied Japanese language, history, politics, etc. en route to a Minor in Japanese. Back then, it was Japan's high octane (bubble) economy that grabbed my attention to the country. As such, I never had much interest in anime, Jpop, martial arts, or video games.
