This is a story about the lives of snails; from birth to death.
This is anaccount of the lives of Paul, Windellena, Hubert and Plum.
After an introduction to the characters, we visit them later in life, at a typical day's education; or is it?
After 'bunking off' school, a director of a hot new hollywood film spots the young snails, and soon the film begins.
The snails psych each other out (but Hubert tries to reproduce with the car in his own, special way).
