I am just putting the word out here,in hope someone listens. When you guys ship hard drives, you should put them in bubble-wrap or something like that. UPS just throws stuff around. You wouldn't believe just how they treat packages. It would save costs significantly in the long run.

Newegg is now scanning reviews for low ratings and simply throws them out. Not good. Some of the sale items are actually cheaper somewhere else. Well, greed does that to you, I guess. I gave up on posting reviews, as I cannot control what Newegg likes and my time is to valuable. I also check EVERY item for better pricing somewhere else and start saving money. Still like Newegg, but their warranties suck lately.
