About Me: --------About Me-------- I'm 14 and a sophomore. I play drums and like to do anything out on a boat. I also enjoy flying and building model airplanes. I will use this site mostly for drums but I will put up random boating videos. The music I play is hard rock/ metal (Eg. BFMV, A7X, KsE) but I will play mostly anything so if you have a song request, feel free to send it to me and i may or may not learn it. Look around and enjoy!
--------My Drums--------
I use a Premier maple 5 piece set (not exactly sure of the series because it was a Christmas present). Hardware: I have a Gibralter double bass pedal (I have the cheapest one. It is cheesy and I DO NOT recommend it). I use a variety of cymbal stands. My sticks: I don't care what brand or wood they are, as long as they are 5b's. My Cymbals: I have a 20" Zijdian Scimitar ride, a 18" Sabian B8 pro medium crash, 10" Zildjian ZBT splash, 18" Sabian thin crash, and 16" Ripper hi-hats.
--------My Recording--------
Audio: First, I use Digital Reference 7 piece drum mic kit plugged into a Peavy 14 USB Mixer. The mixer is plugged into my Toshiba laptop and recorded into Audacity. Video: I have a Panasonic Gs-80 camcorder which I record the video directly to my computer. From there, I mix the audio and video and create the finished product in Adobe Premier.
