Just a fellow who like`s to mess around with Trains! ...
I used to think MTH could do no wrong... and that`s "all in all" a fair statement. (for me)... BUT, RECENTLY however, that opinion has changed as many problems have arisen... mainly due to new product defect.
While in large part, this is acceptable to some degree, MTH`s SERVICE attitude, & TOTAL LACK of so much as returning a phone call`s and the like is NOT! .. So, This has changed that setting.

I can, and HAVE excused (don`t we all) anything made where "human`s are involved"... "that`s the way of things"...(During assembly of ANYTHING)...BUT, I don`t excuse a "can do no wrong" NON apologetic arrogance with regard to the same! *This cost`s me, and my hobby supplier $ !
I`ve well articulated this to MTH, phone call`s /and neg. service dept. experiences go on, in a very laxed "political mgr" type of response... (IF any response is given to begin with)! *empty promises* and a repeated lack of responsibility!
This most recent time, no follow`thru was made, I Again had to "boil over" !!

If were to act out in this manner in Business, "I`d be OUT OF BUSINESS" !!

NO ONE SHOULD DO THIS IN BUSINESS,.. So, i`m holding them to account for it. "Until I see a CHANGE IN ATTITUDE, (OR i`m done the courtesy of a phone call, by Mike Wolf) this will be posted here".

We, The CUSTOMER`s deserve a voice, But here, It appear`s that`s NOT the case. Over many years, resolution (follow up) was never done! "Ridiculous" !!
