Rare documentary footage of the launch sequence from The Nightmare Before Christmas. Richard C. Zimmerman animates Zero and the crowd, while yours truly, Joel Fletcher animates Jack Skellington, the sleigh and the reindeer. I shot the footage on Hi-8 video using the step-timelapse method in 1993 at Skellington Productions, San Francisco. Musical accompaniment by Bjorn Lynne.
