Well, Elemental Focus is still quite decent. we just did Thorim on hard mode and the amount of AoE you need to put out is most likely hard to handle without proper mana regain.
It gives you way more flexibility when to use Shamanistic Rage, so you can actually use it as damage reduction instead of mana gain.
Lookng at my WWS of today Lightning shield was 3% of my total damage, so 1 talent point for 0.015% dps increase or a noticeable increase in mana for aoe or 5/10 man groups.

yo, with the new patch i lookt at your talentry ,we dont need the clear casting talentry now that improved migth gives us back mana and i would put that into inproved ligthning shiled it migth help out a little with the new uldaur bosses being so difficult
