if you purchase it locally the power adaptor should be rated as compatible for 240V 50hz. If you purchase it from america you will most likely need to buy another adaptor locally as the US current is 110V 60hz.

are you sure the tracks were properly gridded and that the sync button was pressed? Your outgoing track sync should be set as master and your incoming track sync should be sync mode. This should put everything at the same bpm.Be sure there aren't drastic differences in bpms are Traktor by default...
