Dance your Feelings is a School based in Cardiff, Wales that has worked in wellbeing, expression and healing techniques since 2000 through special exercises and dances.

Based on Biodanza and improved by the Director, Karen Woodley, the classes and workshops re-establish within each person the vital connections with life; the global health, joy, sweetness, personal creativity, the inner power, sensitivity, self esteem, freedom and love.

At the moment, Dance your Feelings is giving Classes and Workshops in Cardiff, Manchester, London and Glastonbury.

Dance your Feelings 'Healing Classes'

Principally based on Biodanza these classes benefit those people who need to feel happy, relaxed and in communication with others again.

Dance you Feelings 'Fitness Classes'

These classes are a new and effective technique designed for people who want to get fit , lose weight and shape their body and for who the normal fitness classes are boring, or the steps too complicated.
The fitness classes are a gentle, fun way to keep in shape physically and mentally.


Childrens classes

The Childrens classes work in two levels - one level is leading sessions with children within schools and organized groups where we stimulate and strengthen the childs capacity of vital energy, creativity, solidarity and 'happy body feelings'.
Another level is working with children with autism, learning and behavioural difficulties where the natural expression and movement through music and communication is facilitated.

Karen Woodley:
Biodanza Teacher and Biodanza Didactic Teacher since 2000.
Director also of "Rolando Toro" Biodanza School in Cardiff with specializations in Biodanza with Children, Shamanism, Aquatic Biodanza, among others.

Montessori teacher for 17 years and Aerobic Dance teacher also for 15 years.
Karen was invited by the National Autistic Childrens Society in Araas, France to lead a class, by the Stepping Stones charity in Dulwich, London, by Arfryn Primary School in Swansea, Wales, Ashburnham primary School in Chelsea, London and also Swansea University for Adult Education.

She is working also with Touch Trust, a company who Provides creative, touch-based art of movement and dance programmes for individuals with autism, behaviour that challenges and profound and multiple disabilities.

She was invited to give Workshops in South Africa, Japan, Argentina and other places.
