Well sir, I loved the mini-series. I didn't know the Main Theme had lyrics but I looked them up and liked them.

But a song like that is not done justice by a classically-trained chick in a black evening dress.

It deserves to be bawled out by rough, sad/angry/hilarious male voices backed by a honky-tonk band. Or no musical accompaniment at all. Preferably well-lubricated (if you know what I mean).
