Long story short, any knowledge I have on this subject was obtained from a friend of mine that I know has visited Birken on numerous occasions, and has mentioned the name of Ajahn Sona many times. I believe he would be very interested in viewing these videos you have posted. I wanted to ask you if there was any way I could obtain copies of these videos? If this is not possible I totally understand, but I thought it would not hurt to ask.

Greetings, How are you today? Well I hope. I will admit I am not an active buddhist by any stretch of the imagination. I do a significant amount of personal research on Theology, philosphy, spiritualism. For me it is more a personal interest idea than a search for an ideology so to speak. I have discovered that Therevada Buddhism is a form/verison of buddhism I particularly enjoy, due to its more ancient and raw insight. I do not believe that is the best way to explain it, but im exceptionally tired today!
