Having worked in IT & Telecoms Ben joined the family business in 2002. Having worked in school holidays in the old Morley Piano Factory in London when growing up -- as part of his apprenticeship for the "Worshipful Company of Musicians" -- he quickly learnt to regulate and service harps in the Aoyama harp factory in Japan. He is involved with the day to day running of the business.
