Anyway For short runs of 3' or less, even basic Radioshack RCA cables will suffice. Speaker wires 10' and less can be just fine at 18-16AWG wire.Its the long runs of wire that cause problems with resistance or noise being picked up. Keep wires short and you can use basic stuff that will sound just as good.
The smaller the cables the better the sound! I use passive pickups! and want the same thing as hot pickups without the dirt sound..so put the same amp on the cables!
