What level are you?
I am NISA 1, and I will be testing NISA 2,3 and 4 after my competition which is in July. NISA 1 is the same as Pre-Pre for those of you in the US.

What jumps can you do?
On a good day up to double loop. On a bad day, just axel and maybe double salchow.

How can I get flexible like you??
Work hard, stretch everyday, dont give up :)

I think my arms are too long to do a biellmann / y-spiral!!
I think there is a 99.9% chance that your arms are NOT too long, its just your arms are not flexible enough. Remember to work on flexibitly in your arms and neck, as well as your back and legs!

How long have you been skating?
2 1/2 year. Almost 3 years now, I got a coach after 1 year, quit lessons for 6 months, got a new coach, had to quit lessons for a further 6 months, finally got a new coach!

How often do you skate?
Sadly.. Only once a week! :(
