I joined my first band in 1969 and after playing hundreds of gigs in the north of England I moved to London in 1972. In 1973 I joined MOTT THE HOOPLE playing Hammond organ on two headlining US tours. We played many of the major concert venues and our support acts included Aerosmith, Iggy Pop, Joe Walsh, ZZ Top, The New York Dolls and Blue Oyster Cult. On our UK tour we were supported by Queen.

MOTT THE HOOPLE - MEET THE KEYBOARDS. Morgan Fisher, Mick Bolton and Blue Weaver, ex keyboard players with Mott The Hoople will be holding this event to coincide with the band's reunion concerts at the Hammersmith Apollo. I joined DEXYS MIDNIGHT RUNNERS on piano in 1984 to record tracks that appeared on the Don't Stand Me Down album and I toured with them in 1985 playing Hammond organ.
Between 1986 and 1991 I played Hammond organ and keyboards with Irish singer/songwriter PAUL BRADY, recording and touring in Europe, the USA, Ireland and the UK. I also worked for a while with Paul McCartney's wife LINDA McCARTNEY, giving her some keyboard tuition and writing and recording with her. I have worked extensively as a solo pianist/singer around Europe, Scandinavia and the UK and these days I play solo gigs performing blues, boogie and my own songs.
