Dear Mr. Nutter, I am a concerned mother. My son was incarcerated by police in the 14th precinct. They almost killed him. Please help us here. They denied him medical help in his time of need. Only 3 men are responsible. I want this stopped. Please go in and investigate their actions. As Christians we want their abuse to end. No more should be hurt by these officers of the law. He was denied water for 24 hours or more. This is barbaric. I'm hoping you will make the time for this.........The need in Philadelphia is to guard us from the police. They are brutal.
