A constitutional convention would only work if everyone agreed that the country needed to be substantially changed in a similar way, and I don't think that's going to happen. However, I think maybe an amendment would be more fitting in deaigning a new voting system.

As someone who is in a band and wants to make a living while creating music, whether that be as a studio engineer or a musician, I support file sharing. While the album may not make as much, it will be distributed to a larger audience, and I would prefer that to just making money.
