Bedankt voor de vriendschap, mooie site met hele mooie muziek. Ik weet niet of je op mijn anaal de filmpjes hebt gezien van mijn band SomS. wij proberen een mix of crossover te zijn van cajun en pop/rock. met eigen teksten en in het brabants dialect gezongen. De gezellige sfeer die wij uitdragen heeeft iets bourgondisch.
Wij noemen het zelf poldermuziek. Zou jij een keer willen luistern en kijken en je reactie geven, ook kritiek is welkom mits opbouwend. Ik kom hier water vaker een filmpje kijken. mvg groet Fok/ farmeadow a.k.a Frans Verweij.

BTW, I got that off Babelfish, so would wonder if translation is good. I am I think 8th generation Acadien and I have been completely in love with Cajun music for over 20 years. I haven't been to Amsterdam since 1973, but may look you up if I get a chance to go there again someday...

Thanks for the invite. You guys have a great old school traditional sound that I grew up with. The young groups coming up want to rock, which is fine but I guess we'll have to turn to The Netherlands for old time Cajun music. Keep up the great work.
