esperanto is bullshit, it sounds more like mix of italian/spanish and with some german/english words with very little fragments of other languages (polish, hungarian etc.) But it's hard for the asians to learn

We invite you to an information evening, on the neutral International Language, Esperanto

This will be held in the North Carlton Library, 667 Rathdowne Street, Carlton North on Saturday 15th of December from 5.30 pm to 8 pm followed by supper.

Well known Esperantists will answer all your questions and tell about their experiences using Esperanto, and their experiences traveling throughout the world.

Visitors are free to stay for supper and a program of plays, songs, poetry reading, and a commemorative speech, all in Esperanto.

There are no strings attached to your coming, and no fees payable. Text books to learn the language will be available, as well as information on classes held in Melbourne.

To get a good grasp of Esperanto one needs only one fifth of the time needed for the same level of proficiency in other languages.
